• Let us advise and suggest items, based on your interests, budget and menu. It’s our favorite thing to do!

• A high degree of customer service and courtesy. We were both taught the importance of ‘doing your best work’.  We take this seriously.

• A high quality product. Much scrutiny goes into our inventory selections. We’ve curated only the finest plates and glassware we can find. We don’t send out products with chips, cracks or crazing. Caveat: because we collect from sources far & wide and over different time periods - you may see slightly different color saturation as well as some fading or wear on certain items. Keep in mind - many of our items are vintage! Too much wear, however, doesn’t make our cut.

• In order to prevent breakage, cuts & scrapes, we’ve developed our very own Festive Frog Packing & Handling Protocol.  We would love to educate your wait staff on these procedures, just ask.

• Client tastings & offsite meetings – We’d love to provide inventory & delivery at no charge for your first meeting!

Other (billable) Services

• Culinary consultation.  Kendell is super passionate about food and a former chef.  Let her help you with some of the culinary details.

• Set-up prior to event (billed by ½ hour & # of people needed).

• Portering service - let us pack everything up carefully on the back end and free up your wait staff. (billed by time, & quantity of inventory being used).

• Event design for smaller affairs including consult on vision or concept, vendor referrals & collaboration, décor sourcing, menu recommendations & staging of event.

• Holiday tableau.  Let us help you combine your precious family pieces (with ours if necessary), set-up and style the tables, source decor and refer trusted vendors.  

• Subsequent Client Tastings & offsite meetings – after the first viewing, inventory and delivery charges may apply.
